At Galaxy Swimming, we provide a professional and safe environment for all families.

• Universal Respect: We honor and respect all religious views, cultural backgrounds, and orientations.Discrimination or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Religious Accommodations: Modest swimwear (burkinis, swim leggings, etc.) is fully permitted, provided the material is designed for pool use. Religious head coverings are welcome.

Privacy & Dignity: We respect the dignity of every swimmer. Our Family/Unisex Locker Room is available to any individual or family who requires a private space.

To maximize instruction time and maintain our focused 3:1 ratio:

1. Sign-In: All guardians must sign in at the front desk immediately upon arrival.
2. 10 Minutes Before Class: Swimmers and guardians enter the pool area only through the locker rooms and may sit on the bleachers.
   • Dry Seating Only: The bleachers are for dry spectators and dry swimmers only. Swimmers who are already wet or have finished their lesson are strictly prohibited from sitting on the bleachers to prevent slips and maintain hygiene.

1. 3 Minutes Before Class: Swimmers must proceed to the locker room showers to rinse off. This is mandatory to maintain water chemistry.

Mandatory Access Flow: All swimmers must enter and exit the pool area through the locker rooms. Walking through the main lobby in wet swimwear or with wet feet is strictly prohibited.

• No Street Shoes: Street shoes are strictly forbidden on the pool deck to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Approved Pool Shoes: Only clean Slides, Flip-flops, Crocs, or Water Shoes may be worn.

The Outdoor Rule: If your footwear was worn outdoors (even just from the car), it is considered a street shoe. Please change into dedicated "pool-only" footwear in the locker room.

• Approved Swimwear: One-piece suits, Wetsuits, or swim trunks/jammers with interior netting.
• No Undergarments: For sanitary and safety reasons, no undergarments of any kind (including cotton underwear, boxers, or bras) may be worn underneath swimwear. Only specialized swim-specific liners or swim diapers are permitted.
• Caps & Goggles: Swim Caps are required for all swimmers with long hair. Goggles are required for all Level 1–5 students.

Towels: Please bring a clean, dry towel for use immediately after exiting the pool.

• No Running: The pool deck is a "Walk Only" zone. Running is strictly prohibited.
• No Diving or Jumping: Diving or jumping into the shallow end of the pool is strictly prohibited.
• Controlled Entry: Swimmers must sit and slide in from the edge or use the pool ladders.
• Diving Blocks: Use of diving blocks is strictly prohibited unless under direct staff instruction.

Accessibility: A motorized chair lift is available for physically impaired swimmers. Please notify staff if assistance is needed.
